I’m not a personal trainer, fitness influencer or professional athlete. I’m a husband, father and someone who runs a busy business, and for years I put work, family and everyday responsibilities ahead of my own health.
At 51, I decided it was time to make a change.
Elevate4Fitness was created to document that journey — the wins, the setbacks, the lessons learned and the progress along the way. My goal is to show that getting fitter, stronger and healthier doesn’t require perfection, extreme diets or living in the gym.
